He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Higgs, Sr. and Rose Higgs; and his sister Karen Higgs Hayes. He is survived by: his son Steffan Gilcrist; his close friend Ardera Gilcrist; his sister Mary Higgs Martin; and his aunt Betty Johnson. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
