He was predeceased by: his parents, Bufford Andrew Duncan and Vera Pearl Duncan (Barham); his former wife Barbara Duncan; and his brother Alfred Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Braille; and his siblings, Nola Chandler of Columbia, TN, Hazel Rice of Charleston, AR and Marvin Duncan (Brenda) of Maryville. He is also survived by other loving family members and many friends.
