Finley Sr., Sherell Finley and LaTanya Finley of Little Rock; and his siblings' children, April Looney, Herbert Finley Jr., Kalin Finley, Jamie Greene, RaeVen Young, Jasmine Toatley, Alexus Greene, LoRenzo Finley, CaeLehb Finley and JaKayla Finley.

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Little Rock Seventh-Day Adventist Church (8700 N Rodney Parham Rd, Little Rock, AR 72205). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the St. Paul Cemetery (154 Co Rd 4344, Bivins, TX 75555).
