He is survived by: his children, Karen Klasing (Paul), Waurayne Cooper (Gary), Cathy Hull (Jeff) and Ryan Freeman (Mary Margaret); his grandchildren, Jeffrey Hull (Jessica), Jason Hull (Autumn), Justin Hull (Lisa), James Johnson (Mariem), Blake Johnson (Meagan), Hayley Huffman (Billy) and Paige McKeown (Chris); and his great grandchildren, Teagan, Kaylee, Ellie, Lyla, Alara, Natalie, Taylor, Hadley, Killian and Pennelope.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Simpson Funeral Home Peters Creek Chapel (5160 Peters Creek Rd, Roanoke, VA 24019). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
