He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanette Dollar; his parents, Woodrow Dollar and Vonnie Dollar; and his brother Max Dollar. He is survived by: his children, Mike Dollar (Judy) and Cindy Dollar; his sisters, Lois Lunsford (Dale) and Carolyn Dollar; and his grandchildren, Hannah Barnett (Matt), Adam Peters (Haydn) and Rachel Atkinson. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
