In the vast expanse of eternity, Bertha shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Bertha farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Jerry Lee, Freddie Lee, Jack Jr., Robert Louis, Charles Lee, John Lee, Jerry Louis and Lorene (All Higgins).
She is survived by: her brothers, Manual Higgins, Jr. of Elkhart, Grady Lee Higgins (Tracy) of Jackson, Oliver Higgins of Jackson, Jimmie Lee Higgins, Dexter Sharp and Larry Donnell Higgins. She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren, twenty-eight great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren.
