She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Puckett and Joe Puckett; her husband Eugene Gregory Wallace; her son Scott Wallace; her grandson Jake Agar; her sister Virginia; and her brothers-in-law, Frank Birch and Jug Wallace.
She is survived by: her children, Jo Ellen Stover (Bill), Sarah Hickman and Greg Wallace (Stephanie); her grandson Drew Agar; her children, Collins Hickman (Hannah), Miles Hickman (Addison), Hannah Ward (Tyler), Sam Wallace and Natalie Williams (Jacob Ballard); her great grandchildren, Luke Williams, Hallie Hickman and Harris Hickman; her nephews, Bob Birch (Trish), Jim Birch (Kay), Steve Birch, Phillip Wallace (Shellie) and Andy Wallace; and her sister-in-law Jeanne Wallace.
Betty also served on the Arthritis Foundation board and as a representative of The Heart Association.
