Billie Thayer Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on November 26, 2020, at the age of 91, Billie Thayer of Little Rock, Arkansas, born in Shawnee, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Howell and LaVon Howell; and her daughter Terri Lee Thayer. She is survived by: her friends, Billie and Walter; her grandchildren, Billie and Walter; her daughters, Susan McKinney (Bob) of Brentwood and Kay Ely (John) of Little Rock; and her grandchildren, Daniel McKinney (Krista) of Marietta, Georgia, Maggie Majors (Ben) of Huntsville, Alabama, David McKinney of Birmingham, Alabama, Chris Watson of Arlington, Virginia, Katie Watson of Vienna, Virginia and Garrett Watson of Alexandria, Virginia.. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.

In accordance with COVID-19 protocols, those in attendance are asked to wear masks and observe appropriate distancing.

Memorials may be made to Little Rock's Immanuel Baptist Church.
