He is survived by: his sisters, Winona and Phyllis; his spouse Dana Dowell; his sister Brenda Adams (Doug) of Phoenix, AZ; his sons, Hunter (Carole) of Fayetteville, AR and Jeffrey (Becky) of Jacksonville, OR; and his grandchildren, Camille Boswell (Greg) of Fayetteville, AR, Keaton Cuthbert (Loki) of Bend, OR, Kiana Judkins of Atlanta, GA, Hunter Kyle Judkins (Rose Paz) of Rogers, AR and Kelsey Carrisoza (Gustavo) of Portland, OR.. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
