He was predeceased by: his parents, Heflin R. Irving and Lula Mae Irving (Stokes); his wife Ina Irving; his son Michael Joe Irving; and his granddaughter Melissa Irving.
He is survived by: his son Bobby Dale Irving (Sue) of Little Rock; and his grandchildren, Matt Irving, Jeff Irving, Mary Bonner, William Irving and Ashley Irving. He is also survived by several great-great grandchildren and many nephews and nieces; being he was 1 of 17 children.
