Brenda Matthews Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brenda Matthews of Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on September 28, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Brenda may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Brenda touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Bryan Matthews Jr. and Felicia Matthews; and her siblings, Donald Moore, Jannie Chism and Claudia Rogers.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pilgrim Progress Baptist Church (1301 N Magnolia St, North Little Rock, AR 72114).
