Though Carl Houston may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Skinner and Lillian Skinner (Nichols); his son Donavan Mitchell; and his father-in-law Tommy Beeson. He is survived by: his wife Tommie Skinner; his children, Kristie Roachell (Tim), Erin Jones and Marilynne Mitchell (Chase Marshall); and his grandchildren, Timmy, Justin, Eryn, Grace and Darcy.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the State Funeral Service (2620 W Main St, Jacksonville, AR 72076).
