He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Kelly and Alma Kelly; and his sister Helen Giesey of Natchitoches. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Fletcher; his children, Joe Kelly of Steamboat Springs and Anne Kelly (Tenn) of Memphis; his niece Jacki Giesey; and his nephew Bill Giesey.
