He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Burton Sr. and Edith Calhoun; his wife Toni; and his brother Mickey Edmonds. He is survived by: his children, Philip Burton of Minneapolis, MN and Leigh Ann Brannon (Tom) of Little Rock; and his granddaughter Sophia Brannon of Little Rock. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Griffin Funeral Chapel (811 N Lincoln Ave, Star City, AR 71667). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
