Charlotte leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Charlotte’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Charlotte will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rodell Black and Ruby West Black; her husband Richard Perdue; her son Jeffrey Scott May; her grandson Jacob Cole May; and her brother Lawrence "Larry" Black.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Justin and Clint; and her great grandchildren, Hattie and Owen. She is also survived by her cousins; and many dear friends.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Ruebel Funeral Home (6313 W Markham St, Little Rock, AR 72205).
