Clovita Rice Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Clovita Rice (Little Rock, Arkansas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 14, 2026 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence Rice; her parents, Elmer H. Powers and Mary Ola Powers of Fayetteville; and her brothers, Deryl Powers of Springdale, Max Powers of Springfield and Norman Powers of Fayetteville.

She is survived by: her children, Joe David Rice (Tracey) of Little Rock, Robbi Rice Dietrich of Plano, Texas and Vicki Fountain (Gary) of Little Rock; and her grandchildren, Weston Rice (Alexandra) of San Francisco, Henry Rice of Little Rock, Maggie Frugé (Jason) of Celina, Texas and Matthew Dietrich (Jessica) of Oklahoma City. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
