He was predeceased by: his parents, Equaker Toney and Elcie Toney; and his sister Marcella Toney. He is survived by: his children, Curtis Toney, Joffery Bush and Timothy Bush; and his siblings, Louis Toney, Eloise Toney, Harold Toney, Leon Toney, Earl Toney and Diana Toney. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
