He was predeceased by : his father Donald H. Proffer. He is survived by : his mother Marilyn R. Proffer; his daughters, Laura Roberson (Chet) of Sherwood and Katie Wetherington (Andy) of Little Rock; his grandchildren, Chester Roberson, Isabelle Roberson and Rylee Wetherington; and his siblings, Donald "Kirk" Proffer of Jacksonville, Bob Proffer (Sharon) of Florissant and Susan Hill (Danny) of Beebe.
