She was predeceased by: her mother Margaret Lucille O'Neil Hayes; Captain Thomas Edward Hayes. She is survived by: her husband Gerald Dean "Jerry" Hailey; her son Dr. Jerald Christopher "Chris" Hailey (Kristen); her stepchildren, Andy Hailey (Lynn), Scott Hailey (Margaret) and Angela Hailey of Little Rock; and her caregiver Tish. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
