Delton Calhoun Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Delton Calhoun (Little Rock, Arkansas), born in Prescott, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 20, 2025 at the age of 94. He was predeceased by: his parents, Olin "Papa Slim" Calhoun and Verna "Fat Momma" Calhoun; his former wife Shirley May Calhoun; his brothers, Denton Calhoun, Terrell Calhoun, Autrey Calhoun and Gaylon Calhoun; his son Richard Calhoun; his children-in-law, Keri Calhoun and Tom Cunningham; and his great grandchildren, Whitten and Tatum Cunningham.

He is survived by: his wife Geraldine "Gerri" Calhoun; his children, Steve Calhoun (Teresa) of Romance, Arkansas, Dan Calhoun (Jodie) of Hot Springs, Arkansas and Alesheia Cunningham of Lake Cormorant; and his daughter-in-law Nancy Calhoun of Mansfield, Texas. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
