We are sad to announce that on October 30, 2025, at the age of 96, Desha Basham in Little Rock, Arkansas, born in Dumas, Arkansas passed away. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sheriff Howard Lee Clayton and Lula Hall Morrison "Tynk" Clayton; her husband Charles David Basham; and her son David Andrew "Drew" Basham. She is survived by: her children, Charles Howard "Chuck" Basham (Kay) and Beverly Basham Kinley (Jeff); her grandchildren, Conly Basham, Clayton Kinley (Meagan), Stuart Kinley (Teresa), Claire Basham Ward (Alec), Davis Kinley (Michaela) and James Basham; and her great grandchildren, Hadley Kinley, Henry Kinley, Bram Kinley, Kit Kinley, Charlotte Kinley, Calvin Kinley and Chesley Kinley.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mark's Episcopal Church (1000 N Mississippi St, Little Rock, AR 72207).
