She was predeceased by: her parents, Cloys Rogers and Ona Rea Rogers; her stepfather Carl Eldridge; her brother Paul Rogers; her husband John Mayernick, Sr.; her son Blake Mayernick; and her brother-in-law C. D. Taylor.
She is survived by: her siblings, William H. Rogers (Barbara) and Janice Taylor; and her children, Carla Halpine (Ronnie) of Alexander, Arkansas, Tonya Smith (Sean) of Scottsdale, Arizona, Amber Ponder (Ken) of Bryant, Arkansas and John Mayernick, Jr. of Little Rock, Arkansas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
