He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene M Kinney and Ruth E. Kinney; and his son Jon. He is survived by: his wife Susan Harding Kinney; his children, Don M Kinney Jr. of Benton, AR, Seth W. Kinney of Little Rock, Anjannette Redhorse of North Little Rock and Heather Judkins of Fort Myers, FL; and his siblings, Dean M. Kinney (Chief) of Maumelle and Sheila J. Brower of Marietta, GA. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Roller-Chenal Funeral Home (13801 Chenal Pkwy, Little Rock, AR 72211). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Rainey Cemetery (25603 Roland Cutoff Rd, Roland, AR 72135).
