He was predeceased by: his siblings, Roger, Trueman Moore, Wanda Watts and Rosemary Looney. He is survived by: his son Herschel (Dessa Moore); his sister Arlene O'Neel of Fort Smith, Arkansas.; his former spouse Shirley Moore (Terrell); his children, Cindy (Moore), Spicer (Gearl) of Norcross, Georgia and Dr. Jeff Moore (Deanne) of Searcy, Arkansas.; his wife Nita Moore (Miller); and his children, Terri Garner (Dale), Dawn Carroll (Brian) and Mark Miller.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immanuel Baptist Church (501 N Shackleford Rd, Little Rock, AR 72211). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
