He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Clark and Betty Parker; his brother Steven Clark; and his niece Lisa Clark. He is survived by: his son Kody Clark; his granddaughters, Serenity Clark and Ember Clark; and his siblings, Debbie Parker (John) and Archie Clark (Jennifer). He is also survived by loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
