He was predeceased by: his parents, Lessie Felita MacBurnett and Donald Samuel Blair. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Daniel Blair (Vivian) and Suzan Blair; his grandchildren, Hayden Blair (Melody), Riley Blair, Ashley Stobaugh (Jené), James Stobaugh and Anna Claire Hill; his great grandchild Nolan Blair; and his friends, Tere Rios and Evelyn Moore.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Andrew's Church in care of GIG, the ministry Don and Donna nurtured and loved.
