He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Quillty and Lucille Quillty. He is survived by: his wife Rosann Quilty of Yakima, Washington; and his cousins, Oscar Green (Lee) of Stuttgart, Patricia Hodge (Green) and Susan Hancock (Green) of Haskell, AR. He is also survived by numerous friends, former colleagues, and classmates.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Emanuel Lutheran Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to either the Friends of the Animal Village Little Rock or to the Humane Society of Pulaski County.
