He is survived by: his wife Cally Carter; his children, Ulrick Carter, Silvester Carter, Relesia Faulkner and Chanda Carter; and his siblings, Danny J. Carter and Brenda J. Brown. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren; 5 Great-Grandchildren.
