He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmie Lewis and Aline Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Jan Lewis; his brother James Lee Lewis (Bonnie); his uncle Jack Edwin Lewis (Beverly); his siblings-in-law, Keith Bonds (Bernice), Marla Vest (James) and Carole Kordsmeier (Doug); and his nieces and nephews, Jan George (Billy), Jamie Lewis (Pam), Lindsey Sierra (Anthony), Kristin Fleming (Adam), Kylie Rhoda (Kya), Lawson Bonds (Abigail), Ryan Kordsmeier and Allison Kordsmeier.
