She was predeceased by: her parents, Hemp Baldwin and Mary Aycock Baldwin (Billy Sullivan). She is survived by: her son Todd Nortier; and her brothers, Tom Baldwin and Ray Baldwin. She is also survived by three step-children, eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
