He was predeceased by: his sister Lauren Adams (Evan). He is survived by: his parents, Cristen Bell of Little Rock and Davie Jacobs of Little Rock; his siblings, Mandy Reese, Madison Jacobs and Anthony Gerard; and his pet Tucker Wayne. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
