She is survived by: her daughter Carol Fran Rangel (Little Rock); her daughter-in-law Pamela Tarpley of Charlottesville, VA; her grandchildren, Christine Tarpley Stofer, Tracy Tarpley Gilliam (Martin) of Charlottesville, VA, Gwen Tarpley of Seattle, WA, Stephen Richard Tarpley (Julie) of Chicago, IL and Samantha Joy Rangel of Little Rock, AR; and her great grandchildren, Austin, Kathryn Stofer of St. Louis, MO, Allison, Madison Gilliam of Charlottesville, VA, Theodore and Harry Tarpley of Chicago, IL.
