With sadness, we share the passing of Frances Fleming Red (Little Rock, Arkansas). Frances, born on April 4, 1933, passed away on October 8, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Fleming and Viola Fleming; her former husband Joseph Red, Jr.; her brother Frederick R. Fleming, Jr.; her daughter Cinda Baldwin; and her granddaughter Melanie Reeves.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Red; her daughters, Lana Weidower and Melissa Norris; her son-in-law John Norris; and her grandchildren, Mo Starr, Cody Baldwin (Junko), Collin Norris (Houston), Alex Norris and Kiffin Rogers. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith Family Funeral Home (8801 Knoedl Ct, Little Rock, AR 72205). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Pinecrest Funeral Home & Memorial Park (7401 AR-5, Alexander, AR 72002).
