She was predeceased by: her husband Isaac H. Smith; and her sons, Isaac T. Smith and Dwayne T. Smith. She is survived by: her sister Frances Pannell; and her daughters, Cynthia Smith of Jacksonville, Mechele Casey (Michael) of Jacksonville and Lisa McMillon (Jefferson) of Little Rock. She is also survived by grandchildren, many great grandchildren, her twin sister, and nieces.
