It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick St. Clair Danforth of Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on December 27, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Frederick St. Clair departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Frederick St. Clair may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Frederick St. Clair leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick C. Danforth and Mildred Sibley Danforth; his wife Luetta Smitch Danforth; and his stepfather Rev. Lyman Norris. He is survived by: his children, Frederick Charles (Brenda), Laural Anne Beaty (Ray) and Daniel Jordan (Valerie); and his half-brothers, Timothy Norris and John Norris. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to First Christian Church of Little Rock, Arkansas.
