She was predeceased by : her parents, Coy Wagoner and Gelene Wagoner (Hallam); and her husband Jerry Cardwell of Little Rock. She is survived by : her sons, Craig W. Counts of Little Rock and Steven R. Counts of Little Rock.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Pinecrest Funeral Home and Memorial Park (7401 AR-5, Alexander, AR 72002). A burial was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at the same location.
