He is survived by: his wife Karen Annette Hale Bolin; his daughter Kim Jester Berrey of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his son-in-law Kenny Daniels of Joplin, Missouri; his grandchildren, Lane Berrey of Rogers, Jack Berrey of Tulsa and Sicily Daniels of Joplin, Missouri; and his sisters, Joyce Berryman of Tulsa and Kay Brooks (Pat) of Irving, Texas..
