He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bennie Richard and EmmaLou Richard; his parents, Benjamin Richard and Sadie Duhart; and his siblings, Wanda Lou Childress, Louise Ingram, Walter Bell and Robert Charles.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma Bell; his children, Nikki Bell and Kareem Smith (Tamika); and his sisters, Pamela Johnson, Beverley Ehrhart and Nikki Richard. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, family and friends.
