He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Terrence Moore (Karen), Dr. Lin Moore, David Moore and Melissa Moore Yates (Doug); and his grandchildren, Russ Moore (Diane), Kevin Moore (Dawn), Chris Moore (Allison) and Sam Yates. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
