He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Vernon Wade and Christine Sandlin Wade; his wife Betty Jean Wade; his siblings, Dr. Robert Vernon Wade of Canton, James Hays Wade of Little Rock, Edgar Sandlin Wade and Nola Ann Wade of Cincinnati; and his son Henry Grady Wade (Hank).
He is survived by: his siblings, John Spencer Wade and Marja Wade Barrett of Cincinnati; his children, Vernon Paul Wade (Betty) and Wendy Wade Bell (Gary); his grandchildren, Shelly Wade and Michael Wyatt Wade (Tiffany); his stepgrandsons, Guy William and Eric Christopher Bell; and his great grandchildren, Haley Christine Wade, Isabelle Marie Wade, Even Wyatt Wade and Jacob Wade.
