He is survived by: his children, Barbara Lynne Howell of Little Rock, AR and William Allen Howell of Cabot, AR.; his grandchildren, Nathan Allen Howell of Georgia, Jack Thomas Howell and Laila Milani; and his siblings, Horace Howell of Florida, Gladys Kaye (Howell) of Morrilton, AR and Joy Odgen (Howell) of Cabot, AR.. He is also survived by his in-laws, plus nieces and nephews.
