He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fleming Conaway and Esther Douglass Conaway; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his daughters, Laurel Lynne Mergenshroer (John) of Little Rock, Ark and Dr. Anne Fleming Conaway of Quincy, Ill.; his grandchildren, Devin Brooke Baldwin (Anthony Keenan Horrell) of Orlando, Fla., Finn Elliot Conaway of Waterford, Conn. and Noah Mergenschroer of Little Rock; the mother of his children Melanie Lyn Speckhart Conaway of Little Rock; and his sister Sally Conaway Feltz (Joe) of Fairmont. He is also survived by four nieces and nephews.
