He was predeceased by: his parents, George Johnson and Earnestine Johnson; his children, Melissa Thompson and Carlos Johnson; and his siblings, Dorothy Hill, George Johnson, Georgia Dyer, Sarah Johnson, Juanita Stanley, Lenwood Johnson, Robert Johnson, Lieutenant Johnson and Mildred Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Johnson; and his children, Gregory Johnson (Bridgette), Maria Watson (Curtland) and Martina Jones. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
