He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Witkowski and Joan Witkowski. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his daughter Katy Manning (Tomas Manning); his granddaughter Kaitlyn Manning; and his siblings, Michael Witkowski of South Bend, IN, Thomas Witkowski of Greenwood, IN and Theresa Teeple of Dowagiac, MI. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
