He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Johnson and Lois Evans Johnson; and his sisters, Lavada McGown and Carolyn Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Audrey; his children, Tammy Drake (Michael) and Kendall Johnson (Heidi); his grandchildren, Bodie Drake (Jessie), Kenny Johnson (Brandy) and Michael Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Koby Johnson, Korey Johnson, Brennen Johnson, Timber Drake, Reef Drake and Koa Drake.
