Jeanette Morrison Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 6, 2025, at the age of 100, Jeanette Morrison of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. James R. Morrison of Little Rock; her son James Morrison (Jim) of Dallas, Texas; her parents, Alphia Estelle Powell and Wiley John Powell of Hamburg; and her sister Devedia Powell Scott.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Ann Knox (Richard) of Little Rock and Jan Ferguson (Mark) of Austin; her grandsons, Brian (Courtney) of Austin, Texas, Brent (Juliette) of Georgetown, Texas and Blake Ferguson (Lauren) of Leander, Texas.; and her great grandchildren, Noah, James, Jonah, Oliver, Joshua, Sadie and William. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Roller-Chenal Funeral Home (13801 Chenal Pkwy, Little Rock, AR 72211).
Memorials may be made to her beloved church - Immanuel Baptist, Little Rock - where she was a member for 50 years.
