He is survived by: his wife Doris Jones; his daughter Susan Thompson; his brother Marvin Cleary, Jr.; his grandchildren, Ashley Thompson and Eugene Thompson; and his great grandchildren, Akeelah Starling and Savannah Thompson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
