He is survived by: his wife Fay Dene Downs; his children, Tommy Downs (Brenda), Dexter Downs and Karen Carter; his grandchildren, Lacey Hristov (Georgi), Dakota Downs and Jared Williams; and his great grandchild Julia Hristov. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
