He is survived by: his sister-in-law Cheryl Briggs; his nieces, Melissa and Amy; his brother James Briggs, Jr.; his sister-in-law Robin Briggs; his nieces and nephews, James Ira Briggs, III, Nyssa MacManus (Tarquin) and Jenna Briggs; his great-nephew Tyler Woodsome; his great-niece Samantha Pantenburg (Brett); his grandchildren, Caitlynn, Emma Pantenburg and Nolan Woodsome; his sister Jann; his brother-in-law Dallas Arnold; his nieces and nephews, Sarah Yelenich (Dylan), Ashley Guberina (Neven) and Rachel Arnold; his pet Wallis; his grandchildren, James and Genevieve Haskett; Ryan Joheim.
