He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Derald "Fuzzy" Hoover and Marjorie Hannah; his children, Ashley Smith (Elijah), Holly Belcher, Adam Hoover (Kylee), Alex Hoover and Jordan Hoover (Chelsea); his grandchildren, Triston Hoover, Auston, Olivia Hoover, Haylee Belcher, Kaitlyn Belcher, Tynain Hoover, Kingston Hoover, Taelyn Hoover, Rylee Hoover, Gunnar Hoover, Tyler Belcher, Talia Smith, Donnie Hoover and Emma Hoover; his great grandchild Kinsley Hoover; his partner Neda Jo Weaver; his stepfather Glenn Hannah; and his brothers, David Hoover and Edward Martin Hoover.
